The agency was founded in 2003 by John T. Page, President, a former Vice president of a top ten, national surety company with nearly 20 years of surety bond experience. John has a degree in Finance from Temple University in Philadelphia and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Barry Page, Chief Operating Officer joined the Surety 1 team in September of 2004. Barry manages the day to day operations of Surety 1 with a primary focus on Contract Surety and account development. Barry has fifteen years experience in the area of business analysis and strategic planning. Before joining the team at Surety Solutions as Vice President he was an executive with a fortune 500 company. Barry holds a law degree as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jamie Paro, Account Manager, Contract Surety, has been with Surety Solutions since 2005 with focus on contract surety business. She assists in placing contract business by analyzing accounts and preparing the account submission for the company surety underwriters. Jamie has 12 years experience in the accounting industry. Prior to joining surety solutions, Jamie was a assistant controller for a risk management consulting firm. She also worked for a public accounting firm for 5 years and holds a CA CPA license. Jamie has a degree in Accounting from California State University Sacramento.

Brenna Page, Commercial Surety Specialist, has been with Surety Solutions since 2007.  Brenna’s responsibilities include coordinating all new commercial surety business as well as managing commercial surety accounts.  She has had several years experience in customer service and where she has held several management and supervisory positions.  Brenna is currently pursuing her business degree.

Patrick Fillmore, Comercial Customer Service Representative, has been with the Surety 1 team since 2007.  Patrick is responsible for commercial surety renewals, assisting with new commercial business, and serves as the “point person” for several key commercial accounts.  Patrick has a background in the I.T. industry as well as the service industry.

Kim Stinson serves as Administrative Assistant for Surety Solutions.  She supports both the commercial and the contract departments of the enterprise.  Kim comes to Surety Solutions with four years of insurance experience in a similar capacity and over eight years experience as a legal assistant in a law office.
